Today, we want to pay tribute to LEAN methodology—a widely adopted approach in business circles for the past fifty years. Opinions on its effectiveness are divided. Boeing’s experience sheds light on the challenges of implementing LEAN within a company’s culture. While they once embraced it wholeheartedly, recent events suggest a shift in perspective.

Boeing’s hesitance to openly discuss LEAN today speaks volumes about its integration into their corporate identity. And integrate it they did!
